Randstad are seeking an experienced Service Desk analyst to carry out L1 and L2 Support for a leading Manufacturer in the Mentone area for a 3 month contract.

Key duties but not limited to:

  • Be first point of contact for all L1 and L2 incidents that come through to the service desk
  • Build strong relationships with all end users and key stakeholders within the business
  • Manage incident queue's and be sure to escalate if can not be resolved at an L1 or L2 level
  • Log and and capture all incidents that come through to the service desk
  • Resolve all incidents in a timely manner and adhere to SLA's
  • Be flexible to work across rosters that are in place

To be successfull you:

  • Will be proficient across Windows 7, Office 365, Active directory, and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must have excellent customer service skills with ability to explain technical matters to non technical end users
  • Will be able to work under pressure and resolve matters in a timely fashion
  • Having expereince across JD Edwards will be an advantage
