Support Analyst - 12 month Contract - Starting NOW!

Our client, a leader in their field is looking for a support analyst for an initial 12 month assignment, starting prior to Christmas.

This will be a blend of both on site and remote work and requires someone with very strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Strong customer service experience with a strong focus on helping resolve others problems
  • The ability to restore users Laptops, applications and tools to perform normal functions
  • Responsible for assessing, diagnosing and finding remedies for incidents and service requests
  • training users on a number of applications
  • Providing preventative advice
  • Creating self help documents and scripts
  • Strong knowledge of both MAC and Windows operating systems is a must
  • working knowledge of telephony and related equipment
  • the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows and Mac operating systems
  • AV support
