Company Overview

This is an opportunity to work for an industry leader within superannuation on a 6 month contract with the view to be extended/ go permanent. This role will see verifying and processing payment requests, updating and maintaining client records working within SLA’s.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify customer payment request
  • Process transactions for new business, switches and withdrawals
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Update and maintain client records
  • Handle client enquiries
  • Work within SLA’s

Key Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience working in the finance sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge across superannuation will be highly regarded
  • Advanced Excel skills will be highly regarded
  • Available for an immediate start
