Develop maintainable functional and non-functional test cases and regression test from analysis of requirement, change impact assessments, user stories and process maps.
Execute test cases to agreed methods, standards and timelines.
Develop test plans and report on progress.
Follow testing protocols in the recording, analysing, prioritising and resolving of defects. This includes the maintenance of a defect register.
Provide specialist testing advice, as directed, to support others.
Key requirements:
5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in modules like Employee Central (EC), Recruiting (REC), and variable pay and Remuneration(REM)
Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end test delivery within SuccessFactors modules, with a particular focus on functional testing.
Experience in vast range of testing methodologies, practices and procedures, including experience in both system testing and user acceptance testing.
Experience in determining testing objectives and requirements in a clear, concise manner.
Experience testing off-the-shelf configurable products, especially workflow applications.
