    The Workforce Planning and Talent Development Branch are seeking to enagage a single resource to fill a Workforce Analaystics Manager role. The WPTD are responsible for delivering a number of strategic workforce projects ensure the right people and in the right place at the right time to deliver world-class patient care.

    The consultant will provide strategy and program management services for the following strategic projects. The consultant will be responsable for developing a project plan, managing project delivery, stakeholder and change management, issues and risks management and reporting to the required governance forums.

    New Policy Proposals - Workforce

    Support the design and implementation of processes and governance arrangements to allocate workforce funding in FY23 and FY24 to appropriate programs of work to meet the intended outcomes of workforce capacity and recovery.

    Monitoring of Budget Commitments

    Support the design and implementation of a monitoring framework to enable tracking and reporting of budget commitments.

    JMO Overtime System Enhancements

    Project management of the implementation of a number of enhancements

    Workforce Analytics Program

    Provide direction and advice to the Workforce Analytics team to ensure the workforce analytics pipeline of work continues to progress

    The consultant will be required to provide the following project deliverables;

    1. Project Plan and schedule for each project

    2. Monthly status report for each project

    3. Risks and issues management

    4. Identification of key benefits

    5. Project evaluation

    Submissions will be assessed in accordance with the evaluation criteria specified below.

    1. Previous experience in managing similar types of programs;

    2. Previous experience in stakeholder engagement and presenting to senior stakeholders;

    3. Previous experience in managing technical and non-technical teams to deliver an outcome
