job description

We are looking for a reliable, bubbly and experienced candidate who thrives off a fast pace and can handle a high number of calls. Strong administration skills are also required as well as the ability to take initiative and work without supervision.

About the role:

  • Manage casual staffing timetable, booking in staff where needed, confirming details are correct and certificates required are up to date and on file
  • Provide clear, professional and thorough communication between stakeholders via phone and email
  • Maintain administrative duties as required
  • Support team during business hours, but then work without supervision after hours
  • Shifts are afternoon/evening only through til 9pm

About you:

  • 1-2 years experience within a fast paced customer service/administration role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work within a team as well as independently
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Initiative and confidence in ability
  • Very strong typing and computer literacy skills, particularly Microsoft Office suite and spreadsheets
