My client is a Government Agency based in Sydney and currently has an urgent requirement for a SQL Database Developer to come on board and play a key role in a large organisation wide digitral transformation program they have recently embarked upon.
Role accountabilities include:
... - Key responsibility for the transitioning of data in an Azure Environment.
- Key responsibility for development and implementation of existing reports and dashboards within the organisations' Reporting Platform ensuring such developments meet the ongoing business requirements.
- Assist with analysis, development, testing and implementation of the existing applications within new Local Reporting Server.
- Performing requirements analysis and monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Selection Criteria:
- Strong hands on experience working with MS Purview and DLP is mandatory.
- Extensive experience in Data Integration to be able to establish transition of data in an Azure Environment. Experience in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS) is desirable.
- Extensive experience in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of BI solutions coupled with a background in the development of reports.
- Advanced database skills in SQL Server. Understanding of relational database design, normalisation, and query execution optimisation.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects with excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate internal and external stakeholders across geographically dispersed boundaries.
