Speech Pathologist

Randstad Health, Care and Support is currently looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join on of our clients who is a reputable NDIS provider. Due to significant growth the organisation current has opportunities available in the Brisbane, Ipswich and Sunshine Coast region. Our client is dedicated to providing high quality therapy that makes a difference in their client’s lives. In this role you will be assisting vulnerable people improve their quality of life through providing clinical assessments and tailoring treatment and intervention plans to patient needs. These services are provided by conducting home assessments or participating in tele-health consults.

THE ROLE:

  • Providing specialist advice and clinical services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and intervention programs
  • Regularly review progress and assess outcomes, setting new objectives along the way
  • Delivering holistic and integrated client care and management
  • Collaborate closely with clients, their families and carers to provide a comprehensive assessment of their everyday skills requirements and identify the best course of action.
  • Actively contribute to the development of professional knowledge and skills in Speech Therapy

ABOUT YOU:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and experience working with children
  • SPA Accreditation
  • Facilitates meaningful outcomes for people with disabilities and their families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to person-centred approaches and best practice NDIS and private therapy services
  • A current Australian driver’s licence and willingness to obtain a police check
