Due to growth, our client is looking for a Parts Coordinator to join their team.
Your duties include:
Reporting to the National Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing enquiries and order processing. Your role will include:
- Preparing parts quotes, processes orders and ensure items are delivered in a timely manner
- Provide customer service via email and telephone in relation to parts orders
- Resolve spare part issues and urgent requirements from customers
- Liaising with Sales, Service Coordinators and Customer Service in relation to deliveries
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous Spare Parts, Logistics, Freight, Customer Service or Order Processing experience
- Strong understanding of SAP or similar CRM
- Proven ability to work towards deadlines
