• Managing senior stakeholder relationships to support the vision, outcomes, and deliverables of Digital Health, coordinating, and participating in engagements across multiple Hospital Health Services.
• Identify, understand, and plan for organisational and human impacts of planned systems, and ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes and skill sets.
• Documenting and assessing on site solutions, technology platforms, services, business processes and data domains.
• Work with business functional units in defining requirements, assessing solutions, and managing governance processes, to support the delivery of technology solutions to meet the needs of the Hospital and Health Services to improve internal efficiencies.
• Develop business and software requirements specifications for IM/ICT projects, ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Experience performing business analysis activities within IM/ICT program/project(s), preferably in the health care industry.
• Knowledge in, and an ability to provide sound advice and recommendations on, the application of appropriate design, development, implementation and operation of technology solutions and services. Thereby, defining requirements to measure the success of Digital Health initiatives and support the delivery programs capability.
• Proven effective consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills for use in a delivery program/project environment.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
