About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong focus on retail solutions. This role will primarily support AdServer/Retail Media and the development of New Formats, ensuring robust and effective solutions within the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the solutioning of retail systems, with a particular focus on eCommerce platforms.
- Engage with retail business units to gather requirements, design, and document architectural solutions that align with business objectives.
- Develop and implement solutions that encompass retail processes, including promotions, pricing, replenishment, and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions across various retail systems.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Solutioning Retail Systems: Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing retail systems, with a strong focus on eCommerce.
- Retail Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of retail processes, including promotions, pricing, replenishment, and marketing.
- Solution Architecture: Proven experience (5+ years) in solution architecture, including requirements gathering, solution design, and comprehensive documentation.
- Business Engagement: Strong experience in engaging with retail businesses to ensure that solutions meet their needs and drive value.
Desirable:
- POS Systems: Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems will be highly regarded.
