    Job Description:

    The Social Media Lead (Executive Support) is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of social media strategies. The position sits within the Social Media Team and works across the lines to deliver social media strategy and delivery for the calendar of campaigns.

    Key accountabilities:

    • Build a channel strategy and content calendar for the LinkedIn and Twitter channels.
    • Build and maintain Executive channels with a clear tone of voice and personality.
    • Create tone of voice documents and protocols that create a framework for use across executive channels.
    • Maintain, generate and share key content on days of significance and share validated news from reputable sources.
    • Liaise with the media team on key emerging issues, responses to inquiries, and disaster management and planning.
    • Liaise with social media team and key campaign leads on upcoming campaigns.
    • Liaise with the Secretary's Office to approve content schedules and work through ad hoc and reactive requests.

    Key challenges

    • Supporting internal stakeholders in the corporate office
    • Operating in an environment of high volume, high pressure, tight time frames and deadlines, while maintaining high quality outputs
    • Working with subject matter experts to develop communications and marketing content, often to tight deadlines.
