What you Need
- Minimum 2 year's experience working in rail operations.
- Be open to relocating to WA
- Shunting & Train Driving Qualifications.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Current Track Access Permit (TAP)
- Valid C Class Driver’s Licence
- Promote and Demonstrate Safety Awareness and Compliance to Rail Industry Regulations
What you will be Doing
- Ensuring safe and efficient Locomotive operations and working as part of a team to ensure timely delivery of rolling stock to both our internal and external customers
- Perform assigned duties in accordance with SCT Rail’s policies and work instruction
- Commitment to safety in the workplace
- Ability to lead, coach and mentor our team members to continually improve performance
- Ensure compliance with company OHS best practice and state & federal legislation
- Perform to a strong customer focus orientation
- Work in a small team environment
