Site Manager- Blue Mountains

Our client is a reputable Not for Profit organisation specialising in Supported Independent Living Services (SIL) within the disability industry across NSW. Our client is looking for a Site Manager in the Blue Mountains to leader their skilled team and manage client relationships.

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for assisting clients achieve their goals as set out in their NDIS plans. Your new role is critical to the organisation and ensuring clients get a person-centered delivery of care. In this role you will be lead and support two SIL services, striving to achieve a quality driven and sustainable approach.

  • Disability Sector of Human Services Experience
  • Leadership skills and experience
  • Strong Management skills (implementing policy, process, reporting)
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and Supported Independent Living Support (SIL)
  • Experience with Complex Behaviour support
