The Role:
To be successful in securing this job you will have recent experience as a Site Manager on a mixture of education, health, industrial, retail and residential projects worth $10M and above.The role requires a leader who is conversant with building codes, standards, and build methodologies and has a solutions-driven approach, with the initiative to solve problems and manage conflict, and who is driven by project, personal, team and company success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead site teams on projects valued between $500K - $20mil
- Ensure all aspects of construction meet quality standards and are completed within time frames and budgets
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders as required.
- Manage all aspects of health & safety including risk assessments & method statements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within the building & construction industry.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar field would be highly regarded.
