This Award winning builder has won the affection’s of its loyal client base by its consistent high end delivery of major commercial projects predominantly located in and around the south west and western corridor of Sydney’s bustling metro.

Major projects have included public schools, industrial Projects, private hospitals and aged care facilities from interesting infrastructure, government, education, aged care and transport based projects.

From concept through to completion their depth and knowledge of successfully, winning small to major project’s, hold’s them very much in a sought after position, allowing them to enter niche market’s and to continuously evolve.

The Role:

As one of their Site Managers you will be expected to take full ownership of the project supervising site activities and delegating as necessary. You can be a driven Foreman looking to take the next step into your career or a solid Site Manager looking for a long term “hourly rate contract” looking to work in the Southern corridor of Sydney.

Ideally you will have direct experience working on Commercial Projects for a like minded Tier 3 to 1 commercial, industrial or residential builder on projects over $2 million. You will possess a pleasing portfolio working for Australian recognised Contractors and over 5 years experience working for similar build projects in the Local Sydney arena.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing programmes
  • Site Inspections, establishment, and testing
  • Daily and Monthly reporting
  • OH&S
  • Subcontractor site Inductions
  • Managing onsite issues
  • Working to deadlines, contract and project time frames.

To be Successful:

  • You will have a minimum of 5 years local experience.
  • You will be a self starter, with the ability to drive the project
  • Ideally have your First Aid Card.
  • You will be highly motivated and a seasoned leader.
  • Exceptional Communication skills
  • A “can do” positive attitude and confidence.
  • Good management approach.
