My Client is a privately owned national Australian company with successful offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth and are now looking to add a Site Manager to their Melbourne team. They specialise in commercial fit out, building refurbishment and construction management and deliver projects ranging from $100,000 to $2 million. Founded in 2003, they have established a reputation for outstanding service, quality and reliability.

As a Site Manager with this group, you will report to the PM and work closely with the nominated Contracts Administrator, but will have full responsibility for the planning, organising and managing the overall site including:
- Site control trade coordination
- Works and program planning
- Induction and safety analysis
- Material purchase
- Sub contractor selection & supervision
- Project development
- Certification of occupancy
This is a fantastic role for an all round individual with a strong track record in supervision of commercial building projects across new build, refurb, fit-out and interiors elements. A stable employment history with strong references is a must. A salary package up to $140k is available, along with all tools of trade.
