Are you a skilled commercial fit-out expert looking for an exciting opportunity Canberra? Randstad are seeking Carpentry Fit-Out Contractors to join our team! This project is due to starts ASAP We are needing someone who is seeking a contract opportunity.

As a skilled supervisor or foreman on this project, you will:

• Lead and manage fitout projects from start to finish.
• Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Supervise a team of skilled tradespeople and subcontractors.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to construction plans and specifications.
• Maintain a safe and organized job site.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Solve problems and make decisions quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fit Out Foreman in Commercial and residential fitout projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans.
• Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a problem solver
