We are interested in speaking with an experienced Site Manager that is capable of leading the delivery of new build projects between $20m and $60m in value. The projects you'll have the opportunity to work on cover mixed sectors including new build offices, industrial production facilities, aged care, hotels and class 2 luxury residential apartments.
As the Site Manager, you will take ownership of your site, lead by example, and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. This role that would suit you if you are committed to delivering quality results and having a productive work environment with your subcontractors on site. Your sites will be audited weekly by their HSEQ Manager, and you will have iPads on site to use in the working day.
What you'll need:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, with significant experience in commercial, industrial, or luxury class 2 apartment projects.
- Ideally experience using construction software including Hammertech and Con QA, although training will be provided
- Proven ability to manage large-scale new build projects from start to completion.
- Good tenure in previous roles, demonstrating commitment and loyalty to employers.
- Strong leadership qualities – able to lead by example and motivate teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- A driven and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Capable of fostering positive working relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to take ownership of your work and the project’s success.
- Knowledge of NSW construction safety standards, building codes and regulations.
