job description

The Company

  • Established Tier 3 Group – 20+ year history
  • Diverse Projects – Commercial, Education, Institutional, Government,
  • First Class Systems/Processes

The Role

  • Site Management role on $5m educational project
  • 12 months program of works
  • 5 day week aside from high risk works

Experience/Qualifications Required

  • A stable track record in supervision of new build $5m+ commercial building projects
  • Certificate III or IV in OHS, First Aid Certificate and Working With Children Check
  • An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
  • Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
  • A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
