The position would be managing the day to day operations of the Kindergarten -
Your role would include overseeing all aspects of the Kindergarten - staffing, ratios, policies, regulations; rostering; staff management; parent relationships; working in conjunction/reporting directly to an area manager; implement policies and procedures; attend staff meetings where required; ensure the kindergarten is providing the highest quality care and education.

This Kindergarten runs 9 sessions per week catering for both 3 and 4 year old programs.
