The role:


The Services Manager is a key management position that requires a strong professional who can multitask, think laterally and strategically in order to take on the challenge and ownership of managing our Service Delivery area across ANZ.


You will be responsible for ensuring our diverse services portfolio is effectively managed and executed seamlessly which involves overseeing multiple jobs across the nation daily.


What a normal day may look like:


• Oversee the efficient running of daily on and off site services operations
• Establish client and sales goals assisting with the quotation of service jobs and track progress and other metrics
• Manage and assess the performance of staff members who specialise in support and installation
• Plan staff levels in relation to Client contract requirements and forecasted volume techniques
• Oversee effective resource planning, logistics and customer collection of inventory
• Work with client stake holders to create end user communication and deployment plans for physical hardware refresh activities.

About you:


This is an extremely busy role that has to manage a variety of resources with constant pressure, client interaction, team formation, and resource management. You ideally have:


• At least 5 years’ experience in a Service Delivery Leadership role (managing technology services, service management processes, business process design and continuous improvement efforts, delivery of desktop services and/or managing customer services for desktop support)
• Exceptional analytical, presentation and communication skills to management of delivery plans
• Excellent customer and stakeholder relationship finesse
• Effective problem solving, analysis and negotiation skills
• Efficient management of time and prioritisation of tasks
• Broad industry knowledge, with special consideration of experience in the IT Services Sector.

You must have a good work ethic, used to pressure, able to manage changing environments and above all else, be a good people manager with excellent written and verbal communication.
