Position Overview
We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Lead ServiceNow Consultant to join our client in a greenfield environment. In this role, you will work closely with our client to deeply understand their needs and challenges as they embark on a new ServiceNow implementation. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, designing, and implementing comprehensive ServiceNow solutions. You should be comfortable engaging in face-to-face interactions with stakeholders and leading a team.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a new system from the ground up, making your impact significant from day one. The position requires you to work on site in Melbourne CBD a minimum of four days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the client to gather requirements and understand their business processes and needs.
• Provide technical leadership to developers in designing and configuring ServiceNow solutions tailored to the client's requirements.
• Offer guidance and recommendations on best practices for implementing and optimising ServiceNow in a new environment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience with ServiceNow in a lead role.
• Strong background in leading teams of developers and providing technical guidance.
• Solid understanding of ITSM and CMDB.
• Hands-on experience with the implementation of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customisation, and administration.
• Consultative mindset with the ability to effectively communicate ServiceNow capabilities and limitations to the client.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
