job description

Service Desk Analyst is currently required for a 2 -3 months contract to support 300+ users within a Microsoft, Exchange, Active Directory and Windows Environment.

To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced Service Desk Analyst who has provided first level support to large user base within a Microsoft technical environment. You will also have experience with using ticketing systems. Sound hardware and software troubleshooting skills are a must. You will also have excellent communication and customer service skills.
