Randstad has an immediate need for a Service Desk Analyst to join our offices in Brisbane. You will have the opportunity to be part of a positive team culture whilst enjoying career growth as well as company perks!
You will be providing support as well as maintaining and developing customer service for local and remote users of Randstad APAC. Assist with the day to day running of the IT Helpdesk delivery team and deliver continued improvements in customer support and service.
Applications must be Brisbane based and are expected to be onsite minimum 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:
- Level 2 support following incident management and service request processes via phone calls, tickets and face to face
- Provide technical support during IT related projects
- Regularly contribute to process improvement within the team in order to better improve efficiency
- Apply good customer service in all facets of communication, ensuring that you represent the IT division appropriately
- Manage customer expectations and work towards meeting defined SLA’s
- Responsible for all regional (VIC) branches that have no IT support present. Attending issues that require onsite support, remove and replace old equipment which includes lifting and manual handling
About you:
- Prior experience in a Helpdesk role in multisite organisations
- Solid technical background with regards to hardware, software and telecommunications
- Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience supporting Windows, Active Directory, O365, Citrix and cloud environments
- Experience with Dialpad and in ChromeOS/G-Suite is desirable
- Excellent customer service and communication skill
- Experience working independently and with a globally dispersed team
- Basic network fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP)
- User management practices including onboarding/offboarding
- Solid problem solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
