Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to work.

Must be willing to travel to other office sites on a semi regular basis. This is both within Sydney and interstate.

On a daily basis your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing level 1 and 2 technical support via email and phone in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
  • Responding to a wide range of software and hardware issues and services queries.
  • Windows 10 Administration.
  • Active Directory Administration including password management and security/access management.
  • Provide basic networking support to workstations, printers and so on.
  • Train individuals and groups on new technology that is rolled out.
  • Logging calls via a ticketing system.

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Proven experience in a Service Desk Analyst role.
  • Experience supporting MS Office 365 is essential.
  • Must be proactive with strong documentation skills.
  • Exceptional time management, prioritisation and organisational abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Valid drivers licence.

Car parking and a daily lunch will be provided.
