On a daily basis your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing level 1 technical support via email and phone in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
  • Responding to a wide range of software and hardware issues and services queries.
  • Quickly identifying and troubleshooting issues including Microsoft application, web, email, computer networking issues in a timely fashion.
  • Support includes all aspects of maintenance, end user support, and implementation/upgrade of existing or new equipment to various customer SOE standards.
  • Carrying out daily functions based on company SLA commitments and ITIL principles.
  • Escalating incidents to 2nd level resolver groups where appropriate.
  • Logging calls via a ticketing system.

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Proven experience in a Service Desk Analyst role.
  • Strong experience with Office 365 and Active Directory is essential.
  • Experience with ServiceNow highly advantageous.
  • ITIL experience is essential (certification preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong demonstrable knowledge of all Microsoft desktop operating systems.
  • Possess a “can-do” attitude.
  • Exceptional time management, prioritisation and organisational abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Valid drivers licence.

Must have a car as public transport is not easily accessible.
