Governement client is currently delivering multiple ICT projects to support its broader strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be working in a small and high-performing project team, on projects delivering benefit across core business and will be responsible for the following duties:MandatoryDemonstrated ability to produce business-focussed documentation, including business processes, system use cases, functional specifications, user stories and process flows.Performing analysis of business operations and documenting as-is and future-state business processes and technical integrations.Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to elicit analyse and validate business processes, systems, and product requirements.Performing detailed technical analysis of system datasets and data rules. Experience working in an Agile working environment, with an understanding of the Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc).Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business teams / end-users, by translating technical terminology through simple oral and visual techniques and tools.Proactively analysing and triaging end-user system issues encountered throughout product development. Designing test scenarios and test cases that will demonstrate conformance to functional and non-functional requirements.Helping with Change initiativesE2E implementations Highly DesirableExperience in implementation of Portfolio, Product, and Project tools - PPM tools (O3365 or Atlassian products) Experience working in SAAS AND PMO environments Work closely with representatives from business areas, as well as technical resources. Time management and communication will be of high importance as the role works across multiple teams and to competing deadlines.
