job description

Must be open to providing after hours on-call support on a rotating roster.

On a daily basis you will be involved with:

  • Providing level 1 and level 2 phone, desktop and remote support.
  • Responding to a wide range of software and hardware issues and services queries.
  • Hardware support will include supporting laptops, PCs, monitors, desk phones, tablets, mobile phones and so on.
  • Reset user passwords as required.
  • Carrying out daily functions based on company SLA commitments and ITIL principles.
  • Logging calls via a ticketing system.
  • After hours on-call support on a rotating roster.

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Proven experience in a Service Desk Analyst role.
  • Experience supporting Active Directory and Microsoft Office.
  • Expert knowledge and experience supporting Windows 10.
  • Virtualisation experience (Hyer V and VMWare).
  • Networking skills.
  • Exceptional time management, prioritisation and organisational abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
