Your New Role
Based in Pemulwuy, this close knit Field Services team reports directly to the Service Support Centre Manager who is known within the business for their supportive and collaborative management style.
Your Responsibilities
- Liaising with technicians across Australia and allocating service jobs
- Providing a high level of customer service to clients and responding to service requests
- Actioning emails in relation to both internal and external enquiries
- Updating SAP with client information and job details
- Ensuring the smooth running and completion of jobs in a timely manner

About You
To be considered for these exciting opportunities, you should have:
- Previous Customer Service, Service Coordination or Scheduler experience
- Strong understanding of SAP or similar CRM
- Ability to work as part of a team and ability to support others
- A high attention to detail
