Job Objective: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Coordination Specialist to manage and streamline our service coordination activities, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services that align with our business goals and objectives in Sydney.

... - Work Orders: Open, manage, and close service work orders.
- Coordination: Dispatch service work, liaise with stakeholders, and manage documentation.
- Reporting: Maintain registers, prepare reports, and distribute documentation.
- Supplier & Subcontractor Management: Coordinate production and facility requirements.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues professionally and negotiate outcomes.
- Sales Support: Assist with sales orders and order management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Service Coordinator experience
- Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office & ERP systems.
- Great personality: Someone who has bubbly and warm attitude about them.
