Coordinate and support the operations of a booming construction company ensuring clients are matched and provided with the right services in Prestons.

About the company

Work for a successful family owned businesses who have been experts in the civil industry for almost 50 years. Reporting to the operations manager you will ensure the smooth day to day running of the office whilst addressing client’s needs in a timely and efficient manner. This is a varied and exciting role which requires effective communication and a high attention to detail.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure clients are matched and provided with the right services
  • Order and purchasing parts
  • Creating spread sheets via excel
  • Scheduling services
  • Liaising with civil workers/mechanics onsite
  • Maintain stock levels
  • Other general ad hoc duties

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Similar experience in a coordinator role
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • You will have strong organisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Highly-skilled in Excel
  • Full time availability
  • Experience in the construction/civil industry is an advantage
  • Drivers license and own transport essential
