Key duties of the role:

  • All aspects of customer care
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails from customers
  • Logging service jobs
  • Processing sales orders
  • General customer service
  • Logistics
  • Administration based tasks

Essential Criteria:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • Enthusiastic and self motivated, with ability to be pro active
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist if required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and to meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn quickly and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with Navision, Salesforce or MS Dynamics systems (or similar)

Desired Attributes:

  • Healthcare industry experience in a customer service based role
  • Qualifications/ education in customer service or business
