• Provide advanced system administration services, leadership, and advice to customers within agreed service levels.
• Lead and guide improvements and risk management by understanding customer business drivers.
• Assist in responding to tenders, presenting solutions, and conducting product demonstrations to potential customers.
• Act as the lead technician on projects, including onboarding customers and researching emerging technologies.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Experience with virtualisation and private cloud deployments, particularly in VMWare Administration, Storage Administration, and Private Cloud Infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in providing effective team leadership, management, and client services with reliability in meeting deadlines.
• Strong ability to build and sustain positive relationships with team members, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Experience in operating within organisational processes, taking responsibility for accuracy, and pursuing self-development.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and effectively engage with a range of stakeholders in complex environments.
