About The Role:
You will provide planning advice, review the impact of Government planning policies and housing policy initiatives on the property portfolio, manage consultants as required and assist with undertaking planning approvals. Working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
This will include:
... - Provide accurate and timely technical planning advice to internal and external stakeholders, providers, contractors, and consultants.
- Complete planning and study reviews, provide advice and planning solutions, review third party submissions
- Conduct and document planning and legislative issues and reporting, project status and perform risk management analyses on project performance for early issues management.
- Assist with the review of planning assessment reports and packages to ensure they comply with planning legislative requirements and planning policies.
About the ideal candidate:
You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally have the following:
- Be able to prioritising competing internal and external work demands
- Be able to work well in a team
- Worked on planning approvals
** Please note this is a CONSTRUCTION role**
