NDIS Clients (Both Adults and Children)

Randstad Healthcare has partnered with a very reputable Healthcare organisation looking for their next Senior Speech Pathologist in Adedlaide, this opportunity presents itself due to internal promotion! Our client is looking for a passionate Senior Speech Pathologist on a permanent full - time bases to join their team asap. In this role you will be responsible for providing a client-centered model of care to help clients become as independent as possible in all facets of their lives as well as training and mentoring 5 SP's.

About the role:

  • Working with NDIS Registered children and adults with a wide variety of developmental and learning needs aged
  • Provide support to clients in a variety of settings including: onsite clinic, schools, Preschools and homes
  • Working within this positive team you will support your clients to reach their true potential
  • Great opportunity to make a difference to the lives of your clients by bringing your great clinical skills to fruition
  • Working alongside a varied trans-disciplinary team where you will grow and learn a myriad of skills

About you:

  • Fully qualified or eligible to qualify as a speech pathologist in Australia (SPA Accredited)
  • A “team first” mentality where you will thrive in working with others and enjoys mentoring other less experienced SP's
  • Great ability to build rapport whilst always being "Care First"
