Our client, a statutory body of the Victorian State Government has a current vacancy within its Records & Document Management Services department.


The position of Senior Records Officer provides a wide range of records management services to the organisation and its internal clients.

Specifically the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing advice on the public records act
  • Provide advice related to records management
  • Key position to be the TRIM administrator and SME
  • Assisting in the maintenance of records management systems, process and practices
  • Performing daily support activities that include mail management; document registrations; file creation; customer service, records management training and other projects as required.
  • Contributing to systems auditing and accuracy whilst participating in records management compliance activities.

They successful candidate will have:

  • Previously worked with as a senior records officer
  • Strong understanding of the public records act and principals.
  • Experience using TRIM system
  • Be confident and capable to work in strong team environment
  • Have strong customer service and communications skills
