About the Role:
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all automated testing is planned, scoped, and executed efficiently. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining automation frameworks using tools such as Tosca. Your expertise will also be key in ensuring the highest quality platform solutions, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement within the quality engineering capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver automated test solutions on time, ensuring they are reusable and auditable.
- Contribute to test planning deliverables, including Test Strategies and Test Plans.
- Conduct API testing to validate backend functionality and integration points.
- Lead the automation scripting efforts, ensuring high-quality, maintainable scripts.
- Manage defects and follow through to resolution.
What You’ll Need:
Experience:
- Multiple years in a Test Analyst or Integration Test Analyst role within large, complex projects.
- Strong background in software testing across all levels and methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
- Extensive experience in integration testing with multiple third-party systems.
- Hands-on experience with API testing, cloud testing, and defect management.
- Proficiency with testing tools such as ALM, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience leading small test teams.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Tosca automation
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and other development tools.
- Experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, AWS, and other relevant technologies.
Certifications: ISTQB Certified or equivalent (desired).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple, conflicting demands.
