About the Opportunity

Are you Project Officer with in-depth HR/Change Projects experience? Would you like to take the next step in your career and work for a State Gov’t agency across a number of change & people projects? Then this is the role for you!

I am representing an organisation within the NSW Government space that are offering an opportunity within their respective People & Culture Division, with this particular role located in Sydney, decent money, flexible working options, with a focus on coordinating & implementing Change Strategy for a variety of restructure projects.

About the role

You will be someone who is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a project management space, responsible for a wide range of Change Management tasks. This is new role that will look after the project management of organisational change across a large number of divisions. You will be tasked with the coordination and implementation to assist with the Change Strategy.

The role is best suited to someone with an HR/people projects background with a keen interest in change management or organisational restructure.


About the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role, but in short you will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role (Change Manager, Business Transformation, Change Lead, Senior Project Officer, HR Project Officer etc)
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret, apply, and deliver on a Change Management Plan
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to fit in with a small, collaborative team that puts culture first
  • Experience working with a complex organisation or State Gov’t highly regarded
