About your new role
As the Senior Project Manager, you will be reporting to the Construction Director. You will be the figurehead on major EPC projects, with Project Managers below you doing the lead work. You will be responsible for the execution of projects in a safe, profitable and efficient manner.
What you will need to exceed
To exceed as the Senior Project Manager you will need to bring strong leadership qualities to the table as you will be overseeing a team of Project Managers and Schedulers. You will need to bring strong commercial acumen, and proven EPC Contract experience in the Utilities space.

You will also need to bring:
- An engineering degree or a related trade qualification, along with relevant industry experience
- A formal qualification in Project or Business Management is desirable
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams and projects within an industrial setting, with a focus on achieving objectives related to quality, timing, safety, environmental management, and cost
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point
- A valid Australian Driver’s Licence is required
