This is a range of projects across BAU and integration.Specifically, the Project Manager AML/CTF will be responsible for the AML / CTF Improvement Program which is focused on uplifting the capability standard. Key focus areas will be Know Your Customer (KYC), Transaction Monitoring, Venue and venue staff training, enhanced customer due diligence and training for employees. On a daily basis you will be involved in:Lead and manage multiple streams of work within the programEstablish appropriate governance to manage the streams and deliver business outcomes eg standups, working groups, stream lead meetings etc.Bring together appropriate leads across Centre Risk, Wagering Risk, Legal, Regulatory, Finance, Change, HR, TechnologyDefine the scope, plan, and all deliverables for the projects. Work closely with the business owners to ensure that the strategy and transformation objectives are translated in to the scope and plans.Manage stakeholders with a focus on (i) ensuring collaboration between teams (ii) influencing Technology delivery efficiency and quality (iii) Senior Sponsorship engagementDrive project outcomes by working collaboratively and building strong relationshipsManage competing priorities, interdependencies and milestones across the projects, risk management, issue escalation/resolution, scope change and implementation planningOpen and consistent communication with key internal and external stakeholdersFollow enterprise project management methodologies, tools and governance processesEnsure compliance with regulatory and Board obligationsProvide reporting of status, including progress, completion outlook, and budget actuals/forecast to the Program Manager & PMO To succeed in this role you will have:Experience in project management of large and complex projects (with AML / CTF projects)Post-graduate qualifications in Business and/or Law.
