About the position:Working from home, you will reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will establish processes, procedures, and KPIs for a resilient best practices logistics department and provide both logistics and project management expertise to the relocation of their AU 3PL.Responsibilities:Evaluate, improve and document operational processes, metrics, communications, including the overall business relationship with international and domestic freight partners and 3PL operations in AU & NZ.Extensive experience in 3rd party 3PL & logistics partner management and extensive understanding of 3PL and Logistics operations, metrics, standards, concepts, and techniques, regulations and standards.Strong sense of ownership with an improvement focusProven expertise in MS Office and ERP utilization (JDE experience preferred)Experience with CAPA & SCAR processes.Analytical and process oriented – Organized and proactiveAbility to work cross-functionally, collaboratively, in a matrixed environment and across companies.Proven Project Management and process improvement skills e.g. Lean Sigma, process mapping, SOP writingExcellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent documentation, communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including relationship management skillsAbility to work in ambiguous situations and build business frameworks to navigate through complexityAbility to interact professionally with senior internal and external stakeholders on significant matters often requiring coordination between functional groups and organizationsAdhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/controlQualification & Experience:Bachelor's of Business Degree or equivalentRelevant qualification in in Project Management will be of great advantage Proven experience in supply chain, min 2 years preferably in the Medical Technology space.Next stepsIf you are ready to submit your resume please select “Apply Now”.At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
