Two positions to assist the payroll team in a senior capacity. this is to achieve increased efficiency with weekly payroll requirements in addition to assisting with a salary restructure project.
Main Duties:
* Process weekly and monthly payroll for employees, subcontractors and suppliers

* Ensure accurate calculation of wages, allowances, deductions, superannuation, tax and other payments
* Prepare and distribute payslips, payment summaries, tax returns and other payroll reports
* Manage payroll queries and resolve any issues or discrepancies
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as HR, finance, project managers, auditors and government agencies
* Maintain payroll records
