job description

This reputable NSW government rail organisation requires a scheduler/planner to maintain and develop two major infrastructure programs. This role is responsible for the establishment and on-going maintenance of program and project schedules for the external works programs and projects.

Ideally you will have knowledge working with similar infrastructure programs on either the client or contractor side and be experienced with Primavera 6.

Your duties and key accountabilities will involve working and supporting the EPMO Program and Project Managers with: establishment and on-going maintenance of schedules developed within Primavera to a high degree of accuracy, review impacts, test scenarios and develop solutions for scheduling demands, coordinate schedules to ensure “single source of truth”, and liaise with PM to establish scheduling requirements and import of their data at regular intervals.

One of the main challenges in this role will be making continuous updates in the schedule as project circumstances change, while managing competing priorities.

Initially this is a 12 month contract with possibility of extension.

This role will pay up to $800 per day + super for the right person.

For more information on this role, please contact Inna Sidorova on 02 9233 9901 and apply with your updated CV given the link provided ASAP given the tight deadline of 1 pm Friday, February 9.
