This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior manager for interfacing between stations, precincts and adjoining major projects as well as landowners.

Based in Central Sydney, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and maintaining effective and collaborative relationships with government agencies, major infrastructure projects and adjoining landowners to develop partnerships and ensure consistency and alignment with existing projects and planning work
  • Coordinating interfaces and agreements with relevant stakeholders to ensure management of all interfaces for the project and resolution of issues
  • Coordinating scoping and costing of the project’s enabling works to enable verification and validation against specified requirements
  • Overseeing the rail program and key deliverables for the planning and development of the precinct and ensure alignment with overall project program and milestones
  • Coordinating timely and effective progression of key workstream activities to scope potential integrated station and precinct development, including critical enabling
  • Supporting the establishment and maintenance of effective governance, cost and project management in coordination with the Project’s Project Management Office
  • Overseeing timely preparation of government submissions for precinct / integrated station development
  • Developing and maintaining effective interface agreements and stakeholder relationships with key agencies and major project delivery offices

To be successful in this role you will need extensive experience in planning, development and interface management for either major transport, urban development or infrastructure projects. You will also need to have up to date knowledge of property development and planning regulations for major infrastrucure and developments.

Requiring a start in mid October, this role will be paying in the vicinity of $1250 per day + super dependent on the level of experience.
