Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with department goals.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to consolidate financial data and provide insightful financial analysis.
- Provide expert financial advice and support to senior management, enhancing financial decision-making across the organisation.
- Lead the financial planning process, including budget formulation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Conduct risk assessments and policy reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial management processes and systems.
- Engage in hands-on tasks and data modeling to support the financial planning and analysis functions.
About You:
- Must Have: CA/CPA Qualification.
- Proven experience in Management Accounting, including writting policy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in policy writing and development, with a keen interest in financial policy and risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in large, complex organisations is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools, such as SAP, is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
