Are you a dynamic marketer with a passion for driving customer engagement and retention? We’re on the lookout for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to take our customer lifecycle strategies to the next level!
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to craft and execute impactful retention and lifecycle campaigns. Your mission will be to enhance product engagement and ensure our customers remain loyal and satisfied.
Your Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead Customer Lifecycle Campaigns: Design and implement end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on onboarding and post-purchase journeys based on behavioral insights.
- Drive Retention Strategies: Develop and manage initiatives aimed at boosting product activation, usage, and guiding customers toward their next best action.
- Engage At-Risk Customers: Identify customers at risk of churning and create targeted strategies to re-engage and retain them.
- Create Educational Content: Produce valuable content, such as webinars, articles, and videos, to educate customers about our products and key features.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to align on and execute retention strategies.
- Analyze and Report: Monitor and forecast customer attrition and active use, providing insights to optimize our approaches.
- Leverage Opportunities: Partner with Events, Expansion, and Community teams to maximize customer product engagement.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or similiar
- Existence experience in Lifecycle & Retention Marketing within Saas or Fintech (a MUST)
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively, building strong relationships across various teams to achieve common goals.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Proven project management skills with the capability to deliver projects on time.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
- Adaptable: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a flexible approach to problem-solving.
- Data-Driven: Deep understanding of customer data, including behavioral and attitudinal insights, to guide decision-making.
