    Senior Learning & Development Advisor

    Our progressive and innovative client created a new 6 months contract Senior Learning & Development Advisor- Diversity & Inclusion position. In this role, you will report directly to the Manager- Learning and Development.

    The activities of this role will vary from week to week, and may vary based on the selected candidates background and areas of expertise. Some of the priorities this role may get involved with include:

    • Provide direction regarding innovative and creative strategies to identify and prioritise key Diversity & Inclusion needs to build a supply of high-quality and diverse talent and enhance employee value proposition for current and prospective employees.
    • Partner with key stakeholders and manage the implementation of the annual calendar of Diversity & Inclusion related events
    • Build a culture of awareness through training, events and coaching of leaders at all levels
    • Effectively lead, develop, manage and promote career entry pathway programs on key diversity areas.
    • Ensure the diversity targets and objectives are implemented, and that regular metrics and reporting are provided.

    Required qualifications:

    • A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Behavioural Science, or related disciplines and/or significant experience in a similar role is desirable.

    This role is likely to be a good fit for someone who has experience leading Diversity and Inclusion projects and developing/ implementing Diversity and Inclusion policy and procedures.
