Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a best practice experience for the Employee Life-cycle journey.
- Coach and mentor managers in the business to instil strong leadership skills.
- Provide high level advice regarding employee relations, employee performance, and employment contracts.
- Develop and revise policies to ensure that are compliant and anticipate future needs.
- Drive a highly supportive and collaborative culture within the business.
About you:
- Tertiary qualification in HR or similar discipline highly regarded
- Experience working in a role that oversaw multiple sites
- Strong demonstrated leadership and training skills
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships
- Experience in using modern HRIS, LMS, and ATS platforms.
