An exciting opportunity has presented itself to join this ASX listed business. This role will support two business units on a large construction project. As an experienced and dynamic Human Resources professional you will partner with the business to build organisational capability during a period of significant growth.

As a key member of a large, national Human Resources team and reporting to the Project Manager, you will work closely with your client group to provide advice, guidance and leadership to deliver generalist support across all pillars of Human Resources. You will be responsible for the day to day HR operations across the full employee life-cycle of your client group. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor looking for more business partnering experience.

Key areas of responsibility include but not limited to:

• Establishing sound relationships and engaging with key stakeholders within the business
• Build constructive relationships with union representatives and contribute to EBA negotiations
• Actively promote a positive and consultative HR style to the broader business
• Provide HR advice, direction and consultation to the business.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across all areas of HR including performance management, recruitment and retention, engagement and remuneration reviews

The successful candidate will be able to standalone and operate autonomously. You will bring considerable experience within a similar role/environment/industry, outstanding relationship building, coaching and influencing skills. You will also be comfortable working on a FIFO roster.
